Our own hunting grounds surround Studentenmühle. The game meat obtained here forms the basis of selected specialities in our regional cuisine.
Game meat is low in fat, rich in valuable nutrients and comes from animals living in their natural habitat. After the hunt, it is handled professionally and prepared for use in our kitchen.
Since our supply depends directly on the hunting year and the success of the hunt, we cannot offer the same selection of game dishes at all times.

According to the information available to date, the hunting grounds cover a total of 400 hectares. Of this, 368 hectares are available for hunting.
