Since its first documented mention in 1383, Studentenmühle has continued to evolve over many generations.
A place that has grown with its guests
In 1918, Studentenmühle came into the ownership of the Hans family. Initially, traditional milling continued here.
When operating the watermill was no longer economically viable in the mid-1950s, the mill developed into an inn. From 1972 onwards, it was gradually developed into the hotel and restaurant we know today.
Studentenmühle remains personally managed to this day. Its combination of history, warm family hospitality and regional cuisine gives the hotel its distinctive character.
